MARYVILLE, Tenn. – Trula M. Burns, age 73 of Rockford passed away, Friday, July 31, 2009 at the family home.  Preceded in death by parents; John and Ida Bales; brothers, Bill, Bud and Paul Bales.  Survived by husband of 54-years, Mayford Burns; daughter and son-in-law, Danny and Linda Morgan of Seymour; daughter son-in-law, Judy and John Santos of Louisville; son and daughter-in-law, Marvin and Donna Burns of Townsend; son, Ed Burns of Rockford; grandchildren, Tina and Phillip Humphrey, Jessica and Jennifer Sneed, Jeremy Bean, T.J. and LeAnn Kilby, Jonathan and Tabita Burns, Paul Lane; great grandchildren, Cody Humphrey, Jayden Sneed, Skyler Burns, Cameron Burns, Kaitlyn, Alyssa and Abby Bohanna; brother and sister-in-law, Buford and Shirley Bales of Maryville; brother, Edd Bales of Walland; several nieces and nephews.  Funeral service 8 p.m. Sunday, August 2, 2009 at Miller Funeral Home Cedar Chapel, Rev. Doug White officiating.  Family and friends will meet at 2 p.m. Monday at Clark’s Grove Cemetery for the interment service.  The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 p.m. Sunday.  Arrangements by Miller Funeral Home, Maryville.
