Carl Douglas Sparks, 1941-2009

Carl Douglas Sparks, 68, of Seymour, passed away August 31, 2009 at Fort Sanders Sevier Medical Center.  He was a retired Master Sgt. with the U.S. Air Force.  He was preceded in death by parents, Donald and Opal England Sparks; son, Carl Sparks Jr.; and one brother and one sister.  Survivors, wife of 19 years, [...]
